Grant and Claire founded Wonderland Photo Studios with the belief that creativity and inspiration are essential to a fulfilling life. Combining Grant’s talents in carpentry and photography with Claire’s experience as an interior designer…Wonderland Photo Studios was born right here in Savannah, GA.
We are excited to announce the opening of Savannah’s newest event venue located at West Broad. Savannah Bottle Works is a beautiful space for hosting weddings, corporate events, private parties and more. The space is now booking events for Fall 2023 and beyond.
The community at West Broad continues to grow. As more and more businesses take up residency in this historic redevelopment, a vibrant community of businesses and local residents grows brighter and brighter. It’s incredible to watch.
Our historic redevelopment project, West Broad, is located within Savannah's rapidly reemerging Westside. As the area springs back to life, we are striving to foster and nurture a vibrant and dynamic business community here. Wicker Park Capital Management is a privately-held real estate investment firm focused on multi-family, retail, office, and mixed-use properties in the Southern United States. With multiple offices in Savannah, Birmingham, and Atlanta, we’re thrilled to welcome them to our West Broad business community and look forward to great things from them.

Our next new community member is one that has made an impact on both historic Savannah and the world through interior design. Chuck Chewning has more than thirty years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, and preservation interior design. An alumnus of The Savannah College of Art and Design, Chuck became the first recipient of the SCAD Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2008 and wrote a forward to the Assouline book SCAD: The Architecture of a University.
Chewning has won awards for his work at The Prince de Galles in Paris, The Grande Bretagne in Athens (Architectural Digest, March 2004) the One & Only Kanahura in the Maldives, as well as the Hospitality Design Award (2006) the European Design Award (2003 and 2004) and the Golden Key Award (2004 and 2006.) His contributions to the design world have been recognized in countless publications including Blue Cameron’s 2014 book Conversations: Up Close and Personal with Icons of Fashion, Interior Design, and Art.
There’s more to West Broad than just these new businesses. We also have a variety of office spaces available for lease on the second and third floors of our development.
